Obituary of William J Ballee

William J Ballee passed away January 31, 2021 at the Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, NV. William was born on May 2, 1941 in Oak Park, IL to William Klyce Ballee and Arlene (Hawver) Ballee. He served in the United States Air Force for 20 years before retiring as a Lt. Colonel in 1983. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Southern Illinois University in 1963 and his Master’s Degree in Public Relations from Boston University in 1969. He is survived by his wife, Erondina Ferreira Ballee of Las Vegas, NV and 3 sons, Robert of Byhalia, MS, Shawn of St. Charles, IL, and Drew of Jonesboro, AR. He also is survived by his brother, James G Ballee of Arlington Heights, IL and his half sister, Char Caprile of Yakima, WA. He is survived by 3 grandchildren, Alexander Ballee of DeKalb, IL, Brian Ballee of Byhalia, MS, and Nathan Ballee of St. Charles, IL, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Jack and Jeffrey. He was laid to rest in the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Boulder City, NV.
