Antony R Blackman Sr. Sunrise July 26th, 1949- Sunset July 18th, 2021 Absent from the body present with the Lord 2 Corinthians 5:8 Antony R Blackman Sr., died peacefully at home on July 18th, 2021 of natural causes. Antony R Blackman sunrise began on July 26, 1949, Panamá Canal Zone Gamboa where he spent his early years and eventually completed a 4-year apprenticeship in the trade of Electrician from the Panamá Canal Zone Government. He took much pride in his trade as an electrician and was very disciplined when it came to studying and nutrition. He would always tell us to continuously study present material, to not focus on things which we cannot control and to never let anyone bully us around. At times, It appeared he was detached from emotions but as we became adults we understood he was just a very practical gentleman who believed in accepting life as it is. In his personal time, he enjoyed reading , Horse racing ( from the early days of Golden Gate Fields, Kentucky Derby, Las Vegas horse ventures) and spending time in his new Las Vegas home. He would always say I just love my home. His quite strength , encouraging us to practice the power of the subconscious mind, eat nutritious, take vitamins and mainly living his life marching to the sound of his own beat is how he will most be remembered. Our dad, grandfather and just good ole Tony B as of July 18, 2021 is now where he would always quote: “ Absent from the body, present with the Lord” … Amen Mr. Blackman leaves behind Son ( Anthony R Blackman Jr.) , daughter ( Teisha Z Blackman) 5 grandkids: Ariyanna-21, Andrew-20, Ya’Kbrien-15, Torres-12, Vonellope-8, and a total of 9 siblings.
