I met Russell and Kyle when a church assignment placed me in their congregation on Sundays. I was struck immediately with the spirit of these two active boys and the dedication of Val and Lisa to their care. Lisa taught me a few tactile greetings to greet the boys, and I still chuckle when I think how they reached up my wrist to see if it was their dad because of the wristwatch Val wore. When they discovered I wasnt Val, they muted their response at first, but eventually they would respond. I still treasure that very limited conversation, carried on over many Sundays and at other times when we would meet. May our loving Father in Heaven comfort you, Val and Lisa and Nathan and Nicholas you will enjoy meeting Kyle and Russell in the next realm and they will be just as energetic and fun, but completely whole. What a reunion that will be!

What a great write up, best life a kid could want, loving parents that never quit!
Of course i loved the pictures, beautiful slide show.
It was a pleasure to have met Russell & his charming brother several times. They instantly put my life in a whole new perspective. All i could think about is, they just made my day brighter, now how can i make their day brighter. They are still making my day brighter and helping me appreciating what unfairly distributed unlimited blessing i have, and to make the most of every minute and help those that need a lift.
Thanks mom and dad, for carrying that torch for 31 years. X2. Your my marathon hero's, running 26 miles doesn't even compare.
