My sincere condolences to family and friends. Frank was one of the best that I had the pleasure to know professionally and personally. Some of my best National Park Service remembrances were the times we were able to work together on major (and minor) projects, especially in the field when working at many of our countrys icon parks. His family was his first love and Im glad he was able to enjoy more time with them after his retirement.
