Obituary of William Spagna

William Spagna (Doc Synizter) passed away October 24, 2020 after his battle with cancer. Doc was a wonderful man who had a passion for playing rockabilly and classic rock and making people with his music. Doc was born in Quincy Mass on February 25, 1970. Doc moved from Florida to Las Vegas in 2015 to pursue his music career. He has several CD’s and Books that he produced and they are available on Amazon. Doc is survived by his oldest brother Rocco M. Spagna, brother Anthony Spagna, sister Angela Spagna, and wife Cathrine Dawn Walton Synizter. Doc was loved by many people in the music business and looked up to many of them throughout his career. All in all Doc Synizter was one of the most amazing and talented people in the Las Vegas music scene. Fly with the Angels Doc Synizter!!
