David Allen Perkins Passed Away peacefully at home of April 17th 2022. Went to be with his Lord at the age of 72 years. He was born May 25th of 1949 in 1949 in the state of Utah. David was predeceaded by his Mother, Father and eight brothers and sisters. He was survided by his wife of 47 years, Mary Perkins. Two sons, David and Keith, Two Daughters Kathlynn and Shirleen, Seven grand-children, Two Great-Grandchildren and one brother and nieces and nephews. Contact famliy for service detail.
